PAYMENT POLICY
Reservations of fewer than 5 units and/or fewer than 10 nights: Payment for your stay will be charged 7 days before your arrival date. In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with 24 hours’ notice, except in cases of suspected fraud, where cancellation may be immediate.
Extended stays and groups (at least 5 units and/or at least 10 nights): Payment will be required according to the conditions specified at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations of fewer than 5 units and/or fewer than 10 nights: Free cancellation up to 8 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation 7 days or less before arrival, or of a no-show (guest who has not checked in, or who has not paid the reservation amount or the deposit by midnight on the scheduled arrival day), the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
Extended stays and groups (at least 5 units and/or at least 10 nights): Cancellation conditions as defined at the time of booking. After that deadline, no modification or refund will be possible. In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show (guest who has not checked in, or who has not paid the reservation amount or the deposit by midnight on the scheduled arrival day), the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
Rules
The minimum age required to register is 21. Additional fees will apply if the number of people present in the unit does not at all times match the number specified in the reservation. Our establishments and terraces are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted. In the event of failure to respect check-in and check-out times, material damage, unauthorized gatherings, abusive behaviour, or if the unit is left unreasonably dirty or in a condition demonstrating that our rules or applicable laws have not been respected, additional fees corresponding to the actual costs incurred will be charged. In the event of any breach of the policies set out above, we reserve the right to refuse a reservation and/or to remove the occupants immediately and without any refund of the stay or of any additional fees. Every person present in the unit is under the responsibility of the reservation holder and is subject to the same policies. A QR code is available on the entrance door of each loft, allowing you to consult the information and procedures relating to your stay.
