Luggage Storage Service
You can book a secure, self-service locked space by the hour to store your luggage. These spaces are available at our Lofts de la Barricade and Lofts St-François locations. The service is open to everyone, whether or not you’re staying with us.
Conditions:
- Limited Availability: Reserve your storage space in advance via the link below (telephone reservations are not accepted).
- Hours of Operation: Service is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with a maximum rental duration of 15 hours. Storages spaces are not accessible overnight.
- Adherence to Reserved Times: Luggage must be deposited after the selected start time and retrieved before the end of your reserved period. Access to the storage space will be deactivated after this time.
- Secure Access: A unique access code will be sent to you on the day of your reservation, providing access to a locked storage space exclusively reserved for your rental period. All our storages spaces are under 24/7 video surveillance to ensure optimal protection of your personal belongings.
- Important Note: Lofts Vieux-Québec cannot be held responsible for stored items. We recommend that you do not leave valuables in your storage space.
