    Payment Policy

    To ensure fairness to all our customers, a guarantee and payment policy has been established. This policy applies to all customers without distinction.

    Individual Reservations

    • Reservations without a credit card are not accepted.
    • Payments must be made by credit card only.
    • Payment is required 7 days before arrival. If payment fails, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, providing 24-hour notice except in cases of suspected fraud.
    • A security deposit will be held on your card upon arrival and released a few days after departure if no damage is found in your apartment.

    Monthly Reservations

    • Reservations without a credit card are not accepted.
    • Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer only (*see additional fees).
    • Payment is required 30 days before arrival, unless an exception is made at the time of booking.

    Groups, Travel Agencies, and Corporate Clients

    • Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer (*see additional fees).
    • Payment terms are established at the time of booking.
    • Additional fees may apply if group reservations are paid individually by participants.

    Additional Fees Depending on Payment Method:

    • No fees for transfers from a Canadian bank in Canadian currency.
    • No fees for international transfers or in foreign currencies if the amount is equivalent to 1000 CAD or more.
    • A fee of 15 CAD for each international or foreign currency transfer if the amount is less than 1000 CAD.
    • A 5% fee for credit card transactions exceeding 5000 CAD.

    Reservation Policies

    • Pets are not allowed.
    • The Lofts are non-smoking establishments.
    • Parties and gatherings are prohibited.
    • A security deposit is required on the day of arrival.
    • The minimum age to book and stay at the Lofts is 21 years.

    Cancellation Policies

    • Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (30 days for apartments with monthly rentals).
    • In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival (30 days for apartments with monthly rentals), the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
